I was referred to Solis Acupuncture by my Kaiser doctor to see if acupuncture might help with my headaches. I was entirely unsure of what to expect, but am so glad that I decided to give it a try. Frederica Crafts helped me feel heard and comfortable from my very first session. And although I was there for one specific problem (headaches), she took the time to understand holistically what was going on with my body. In addition to helping me feel better, I also look forward to how calm and relaxed I am after every visit. If you've never tried acupuncture and are unsure about whether it would be good for you, I can certainly recommend visiting Solis to try it out!

I am new to acupuncture and I have lived my experience there so far. To begin, the whole are is totally calm and has a peaceful energy. I did all of the survey stuff online so I could strictly focus on my appt there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you do this. Sarah has been who has seen me the last three times there and she's patient, soft spoken and professional. Just what you want when you are in need of medical aid, I mean that's why you go right? If anyone is a first timer, this might be the spot for you!
