Flying Crane Massage

Back in 2018 when they were at Kings Plaza, they were great for the price. Now they are on 41at street and we think that the quality and customer service has degraded. We are still going there because we get a full body massage for $50 (when you buy a 5 pack).

My upper back and neck were extremely tight for months. A few people worked on it and told me that I was gonna have to go back for few sessions in order to get it worked out. When I went to Flying Crane Spa, the lady massaging me told me the same thing. As she was doing her thing, I started complaining that it hurt and was too hard. She told me it wouldn’t get better without hurting. Now every other person who worked on it went light because these were knots and tightness that needed to be worked out slowly and overtime. They are welcoming and take good care of their clients. One point of advice for them is to be aware that in California gift certificates DO NOT HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE. I recently bought a gift from them and when I got home saw that the receptionist had hand written on EXPERITION DATE on the certificate. I thought this was incorrect and checked the law. California gift certificates do indeed have NO expiration.
