Also, I just read a negative review by someone who complained that the doctor suggested she have bloodwork to test for Graves disease (hyperthyroidism). That's not something to complain about; that's the doctor doing her job. I had Graves when I was in my twenties, and I just wish an eye doctor had alerted me to that possible diagnosis. I suffered for more than a decade before I was finally diagnosed. And back then, it was not just a simple blood test.“

“Dr Kim is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes her time to discuss the testing, results and prescriptions. I am a Nurse Practitioner for 30 years and have never had an an Optometrist take the extra time to so thoroughly exam and test my eyes for conditions in my family history like glaucoma, cataracts and retinal detachment. I feel they all care about you and have your well being in mind - especially Dr Song Can appointments run behind sometimes sure - this means everyone is able to ask all their questions and you aren't just treated like a number - your 15 minutes are up - get out Amber was really great helping pick frames to keep my budget on track I would much rather try on frames and make sure my lenses are correct instead of rolling the side and taking my chances on some social media ad“

I found out the glasses I purchased at another facility and found out weren't transitional lenses like I paid but fortunately my eye sight wasn't terribly compromised. I was able to purchase bifocals (Medical) they don't cover transitional lenses but it better to have the old fashioned glasses and see.“
