“Loving these workouts so far. 30 min and you’re done, with having done everything you need. More weights than cardio in these high intensity workouts which I’m liking. It’s a class workout and I really enjoy doing classes. Each person gets their own station per workout and the concept of the weights system is really cool - I don’t know how to explain it. I also really like the fact the room is dim, it’s a vibe. Coach Mike is meticulous and will guide you through the workouts and make sure your posture is correct! ????“

“I was referred to this place because I wanted to get the Advatx laser treatment on my face. It was a little bit of a distance from where I live, but it was worth it! The doctor came highly recommended, and I can see why. The office was super clean and nice, the doctor explained everything, answered my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. The laser actually wasn't painful and I could see immediate improvement on my acne and skin overall. I'm looking forward to going back for more treatments...10/10 recommend!“
