“Walked in, saw a pair of glasses, paid, and went home. Quick and easy process. Got home to try on my new find and a lens was floating around in the case. My initial thought was, "Oh they put in a spare lens, that's unique." Then, I realized the pair was actually broken and I hadn't even touched the frame yet. I debated with myself about going all the way back across town right away to exchange after just walking in, yet decided to do it in case the product was sold out. Upon return I was immediately helped by Anthony who heard my situation and promptly switched them out...after we verified the new, intact frame. I felt relieved and grateful for his gentle demeanor.
