I really enjoyed Giselle helping me with my make up/foundation needs. She was very knowledgeable and had stellar customer service while explaining the different techniques and colors I can use to achieve my desired look. She did my makeup with different shades ensuring it matched my skin/tone. Her time meant a lot to me. I probably would not have spent as much as I did if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much Giselle. I'd also like to thank manager/supervisor Tina for helping me with an issue I had of not receiving an email receipt. Something other associates couldn't assist me with. Tina handled like a pro.. I thank you for that!

The staff is super nice, doesn't make you feel clueless and are always helpful. During the holiday season the store gets busy but I was impressed with the customer service I received even when there was a lot of other customers. Overall, I recommend this Ulta if you are looking for friendly employees that are always willing to help.

Came in yesterday after finding out that my urban decay powder had been discontinued to try to find a new makeup powder. This is difficult for me because everything makes me breakout and doesn’t usually match my skin tone the way I want it to, however Melody or Melanie I’m sorry I can’t completely remember but you were great! I love the powder you recommended and will be buying that from now on. Thank you! ?
