I went inside a little after opening and it was very easy to check in on the tablet. I only had to wait a short time even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I felt the service was very professional and it is a higher price than I'm used to but I think it is worth it for the knowledge and professionalism the staff has.
I really like this location. I had my haircut done by Sofia or Sophia and she was amazing. Very patient, took her time to understand what kind of haircut I wanted and was open to discussing options with me without rushing me. Overall very professional and pleasant. Will be returning as a result. You can book online which is great. There is Starbucks next door which is nice for waiting.
