Technician from NRG arrived December 21st. He was respectful, answered questions gave a good explanation of services done. One issue happened after he left in which the unit wouldn't turn off & could not be controlled from the Thermostat inside the house. Upon calling NRG they placed me in contact with the tech and he returned immediately and fixed the issue. A willingness to come back and fix issues with their work is why I ultimately chose this company to install the HVAC system last year and that was demonstrated on this job.
