Great service - timely and kind. They pick up your rug, take detailed photos of the condition before the cleaning, and then drop it off once the job is done after about 2 weeks. Easy, seamless process and Tommy was a joy to work with.
So happy with my rugs! I got three rugs cleaned, two 4x6 antique rugs and a 9x8 wool rug, $512 total. They look better than I could have imagined and I was given a very fair price for the service. Thanks so much!! Telling everyone I know to go here.
