We just brought our 5 year old Golden Retriever home from having her second TPLO. The first was NOT done at Sage. When we were told she needed to have the other knee done, we waited longer than we should have because the experience we had with the other vet group was so bad. Our experience with Sage and with Dr. Kwok was the polar opposite of the other group. They were friendly, organized, caring, communicative and we felt they cared for her as much as we do. We took our dog in to check and stabilize her bleeding. The receptionist and doctor were great, the ER nurse not so much. She was not listening to my concern that I wanted her to check & tell me if they can stop the bleeding. She was adamant to order x-ray and tests. There was a very clear (not so hidden) agenda. Once we saw the doctor, she explained that tests and x-ray would only help seeing the progress of cancer. Even with that information, there was nothing she could do to help in anyway, because the cancer had progressed a lot given the long time since it started. Sa Very good veterinarian in Campbell. My dog Brandy had cancer in the lower jaw on her left side. They treated her and they did a fantastic job. I just want to recommend this veterinarian Campbell. They're awesome.. Sa
