Synergy has been great in helping our aging parents get quality in-home care. They have been very flexible in increasing hours/help when needed and making adjustments in coverage or work as needed. The caregivers have been very good, and the management team has been very responsive. Everyone truly cares about their clients. The portal is also nice since it transparently shows scheduling information, care notes, hours, and billing all in one place.

Yadira from Synergy Home care was the best caregiver we've ever had. Beyond our requests she found extra things to help us. Synergy had very short notice that we needed help and they came through with a wonderful caregiver.

I HIGHLY recommend Synergy Home Care. Tom has been through all of this with both of his own parents. He has created a multi-faceted structure of care where you can come to him with early needs to more advance needs. I know this because he helped our family find the right care for our mom, with a feeling of complete support. From senior activity centers, to in-home care, to finding the right care homes or facilities, Synergy is there for you. It’s not an easy path at all, but they’ll definitely help you pave the way.
