We recently completed our first ever remodeling project. Based on recommendations from a few neighbors, we hired Summit to help us convert an ugly, old galley kitchen and office into one large, beautiful kitchen. When we were getting ready to start our project, we had no idea what to look for in a contractor. By the end, I can tell you that the single, most important trait we appreciated in Summit was their honesty, patience, integrity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. And we were happy with all of the subs they hired. Everyone worked hard, did solid work and were pleasant to deal with. Our house was built in the 50's, had a second story cobbled on in the 80's, we wanted to knock out a load bearing wall and there were holes in the roof. It was not going to be an easy project. Tim got us through it, even all of the surprises like, "The second story is not supported properly" but Tim figured out how to fix them all, with permits and without blowing up the budget or the timeline. And in the end we got a beautiful and solidly built kitchen. We were so happy with their work on our first project, we had them do a second project for us and were equally happy. I trust Tim and Donna and Summit. If we have another project, I will use Summit again. When there are so many bad contractors out there, you need to hang on to the good ones, like Summit.

Tim & his crew did an amazing job on my grandmothers home. Our family was referred to Summit from trusted friends. Extremely fair & professional company. I highly recommend. Two thumbs up!
