After a pretty bad experience with another contractor years ago, I was nervous about remodeling our kitchen. California Construction Bay Area completely changed my opinion about working with contractors. From the first meeting they were honest, transparent with pricing, and realistic about the timeline.

Our garage conversion project with California Construction Bay Area came out better than we expected. We had concerns in the beginning because we heard so many contractor horror stories from friends, but this company was professional from start to finish. They helped us through permits, inspections, and all the small details that can become overwhelming during an ADU build. The communication was consistent and the workmanship really shows in the final product. The flooring, bathroom finishes, lighting, and overall layout all came together beautifully. The space feels warm and inviting instead of looking like a basic conversion job!
