I found Sea Salt Therapy when looking for an infrared sauna and a salt room, they had a combination and I booked it instantly. The staff is super friendly and the prices were so reasonable I became a member. The private salt room and sauna are so relaxing. I used the massage table and booked a session in the private salt room to relax in after. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! I recommend Sea Salt Therapy to everyone.
I've been going to Sea Salt Therapy for a couples of month. I'm very impressed with their guest service. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. I usually book the Salt Booth / Infared Sauna as I've been suffering from eczema flare-up. I think it's helpful. I don't get too much itchiness after going a few session. I also like the salt room. It helps with my allergy and breathing. Not sure if it's coincident but I find that I would sleep better at night everytime I had a session there. I would totally recommend to check this place out.
I did the infrared sauna and the massage bed after! I felt amazing and can't wait to go back. The owner was so thorough and sweet walking us through our first visit. Highly recommend.
