Vicky did ash blonde on me and considering i had five weird shades of red on me, it turned out super well quality!! She was really nice. I'm a really picky person, and she was very detail-oriented and kind. She even let me borrow her phone charger. I would definitely go back to her again for touch ups! Super honest too on what she can and cannot do.

Been going to Vicky for a couple of years and she's great ! Her technique is very detailed and she takes very good care of your hair. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair and I've gone to so many hair stylists in the past . No one has been able to do my hair better than Vicky ! Her vibe is amazing, she's super kind and very good at explaining what she does. She does one client at a time, so she makes sure to take her time on your hair, and does what's best to keep it nice and healthy.

I can't speak to her coloring but she is very difficult to schedule with. She is booked out months in advance (nothing wrong with that) but she is VERY* slow to get new clients on calendar. I had to reach out several times to get a response. She goes silent via text. It seems she doesn't need the money or your business.

She did my hair for the last few years and all went well until last year. At first she stated that she was only doing part time and kept pushing my appointments out and kept saying she wasn't taking new clients at the time but clearly she was opened for business. I kept texting her and each time she would ignore me or when she did responded, it was always "I'm booked" for the next few months or "Vicky" will text back with her availability. Guess what, she never did. I even stopped by her salon a couple of times in the past and asked her about it. She would always say, she'd text me back for an appointment. I find her to all of a sudden ghosted me, and very rude and unprofessional with not responding back. She could at least respond. I would not recommend her. At the beginning she was all friendly but until you become her client and all of a sudden she'll ghost you for no reason. Not acceptable at all. I'm very upset and unhappy with her demeanor.

Vicky took her time to listen to the hair color I wanted. She explained thoroughly what she thought and planned to do. My hair turned out beautifully, ash brown with dimension. She is such a beautiful person with deep insight and good heart. She is truly a gem.

I'm insecure and picky when it comes to haircuts and coloring. As I moved to the bay area and started looking up many places, Vicky's profile caught my eye with her beautifully done natural coloring style. I like having delicate babylights with low maintenance so that I can simply let my hair grow out and only color once or twice a year. I gave Vicky's signature sunkissed style a try and it is what I exactly wanted. Even when I go in for a haircut, Vicky would style me so beautifully for the finished look. Please keep in mind that it would take some time for Vicky to respond as she's mostly busy taking care of clients, and you can text again to follow up if she doesn't respond in a couple of days. Overall, I'm truly thankful for finding Vicky as the hidden gem and will continue to trust her recommendation along my hair styling journey. If you're looking to do a dramatic transformation then there may be other more suitable hairstylists for you. If you're looking for something subtle, dainty, and long-lasting, then Vicky would be the right one for you.
