Residential Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by a neighbor and they were right on. My service tech, Brandon, was straight forward, professional, and efficient. Squirrels had chewed through the wires and shorted the system. He identified the issue and got everything working quickly. Then he checked the rest of the system and gave me a heads up that the fan motor was at the max amp draw but it's still operating. I appreciate the heads up of what might go next without any hard sell. Residential Heating and Air Conditioning is our now go to for these repairs.

We had an outstanding experience with Residential Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for our Mitsubishi ducted heat pump installation and complete replacement of our first-floor duct system with a rigid duct system to prevent rodent access. Tyler Shook, our lead consultant, was exceptional. He communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project, ensuring we were informed every step of the way. I have used this team now for 2 different projects (both installing a mini split on our ADU, as well as a full AC maintenance on our older main unit and can not be more impressed with the work that has been done, the communication through the job, and the transparency with the cost and pictures along the way of the work being done.
