Ed was very knowledgeable and informative about the products and services they provide. He took the time to answer all my questions and was honest about my needs for solar based on my usage of electricity. He didn't try to sell me more than I need.
Mike Polisso was super friendly, professional and personable, spent a good amount of time with us, measuring, explaining about the company, different products and features of the windows and doors. He did a wonderful job educating us as this was our first foray into replacement windows. We were very impressed with him and his presentation, as well as the company and product. While we weren't quite ready to make a purchase, he was very helpful and kind throughout our time together.
Paul Marino from Quality First provided an exceptional service right from day 1. He visited my house back in May 2024 and gave a presentation on the windows from Provia. He answered questions patiently and gave us all options. The options for built in screens, trim, and were presented to us with costs. We were on a tight schedule to sell the house in August and he promised that installation would surely be done before the house goes on the market. Unfortunately there were a lot of hiccups in scheduling an installation and surely the operations team did a horrible job in keeping me informed. After several emails and phones unanswered I reached out to Paul again and he expedited the process and also kept his promise. Finally the installation was done 2 days before the house goes to staging company. I am giving 5 stars just for Paul who was patient with my countless grievances with the quality first scheduling team. The installation went smoothly and handled profffessionally. Installation 5/5 Paul and marketing 5/5 Scheduling team 2/5 very disappointed with (without naming) for not showing interest in addressing my concern Over 5/5 stars for above and beyond efforts for getting installation done right before deadline.
