I was routed to them through Fidelity Home Insurance. I put in the service request with Insurance yesterday evening. Today morning I got a call that technician can come between 11am-3pm. And Jim was at my door at 11. He came and fixed the electric issue, got the AC working and gave useful advice on maintenance. He was masked on and very courteous as well. What started out as a rocky service call ended in a good outcome. Norcal came out to assess an old furnace that had apparently gone out and some mistakes were initially made. That said, they were able to turn the train around and they ate whatever costs were incurred in misdiagnosing the issue the first time around and were able to quickly install a new unit at a reasonable price.

Despite the initial frustrations, the crew and main office were reasonable and respectful and again, they worked hard to resolve the initial issues.
