Norcal Functional Fitness is a great gym with amazing trainers and great equipment. Gregg has personally helped me achieve/exceed many of my personal fitness related goals. Gregg has also provided me with nutritional and lifestyle advice that has aided in improving my overall fitness and conditioning levels. The gym has a very positive atmosphere, and there is a lot of encouragement to reach your personal goals.

Mike - one of the trainers - is awesome! Able to work with people at all levels. I'm a complete beginner and he does not make me feel intimidated, but there are also people at the gym who clearly have tons of experience and they are challenged as well. Lots of equipment to keep the workouts varied.

I've been working out here since the fall of 2020 and the change in my strength and overall fitness has been amazing. Gregg, the owner and my trainer, takes a sensible, no nonsense approach that I really appreciate. He prioritizes form and safety over CrossFit-style bro bulls**t and it pays off. After all, you can't work out if you hurt yourself. Highly recommended.
