I sent in my wedding dress and husband's wedding outfits (Indian) a year ago. I was told the wait would be 6 months. Paid the entire balance and got no response from them. I continued to wait for several months, not hearing from them on any kind of update. It's impossible to get them via phone (sometimes their mailbox is full). Finally, I emailed them (if you choose to do business with them, seems like email is your best option) and for the past month I've just been told "your dresses are almost done".No real updates, no response to asking, "Do dresses typically take a year to process?" I had my wedding on a beach and my gown was really dirty on the hem and also had some red wine stains from the reception. I had already gone to two cleaners that specialized in gowns and was told that they were not sure they could get all the stains out. I called Marina at Le Caprice to see if she knew of any good places to have my gown cleaned (see other review on Le Caprice)She referred me to National Gown Cleaners and said they do excellent work.I went to their website and requested information.
