Crystal is helping me to transform my hair color. I made a long term plan with her and she did an excellent job with moving in the desired direction. She's easy to talk to and very helpful.
The staff was friendly. They knew exactly what I was looking for and made it happen. My hair color is perfect and no grey sparkles anywhere. I had my hair deep conditioned and blown out !!!! I hate that I didn’t know about this place sooner. I look forward to using my membership. My hair grows fast and the greys bother me every two weeks as they creep out … knowing I can just schedule an appointment , walk in and touch up .. has already made it worth it !
Joana really knows how to do highlights. She did amazing on mine but when it came to toner, she wasn't in charge of toner though. I think it was left on too long before it was darker than i expected. Hopefully it will lighten up over time. Definitely would recommend Johana though for highlights as she was quick and very friendly! She knows what shes doing! Also my hair was so soft leaving the salon. Idk what they used but it was incredible.
