My wife and I had an emergency situation at our new house and called Kent roofing for immediate help. Jonathan was over early the next morning (Sunday) to consult and game plan as heavy rain was coming. I cannot express his passion for helping his customers enough. We didn’t even use him for the roof as we were contracted with someone else already but he made it a priority to help me make sure it was getting done right and at a fair price. We then hired him to do our gutters, facia and a bulletproof tarping on the side that needed extra attention by the other contractor. It is Dave's way of hard work and dedication that made my decision to work with Kent Roofing. What he did totally exceeded my expectations of just a free estimate of a roof leak. It just happened that Dave's big ladder was borrowed out, and my roof was kind of high to reach. He actually tried four different locations around my house. I could tell that it was too steep and not safe, when he was almost reaching the roof. So I suggested several times that it is safer to schedule another time to come back. I highly recommend this team, quoting was very fast and communication throughout the job was very good and quick! Quote is clear and straightforward, additional work / scope was estimated accurately and change order approval was fast. Their prices maybe a bit higher than others, but I found it fair when comparing contractors who had lower bids, but overall quality and experience is top notch.
