Wow! I was blown away today by service at Kaiser Campbell Pharmacy. I called to get a prescription that was delayed due to power outage last week and not optimistic I'd be able to get it before I travel overseas in two days. Richard took my call and said he'd do his best to get it by Thursday, which is all the info he could provide. I know that the medication takes a minimum of 3 days to arrive at the pharmacy after being ordered and often up to a week. He called me back about 20 minutes later saying he found the medication and I could come pick it up right then. Incredible!
