Very rude. The door says $8 for kids. When I called she said $12. When I went at the appointment time she said hair very long and 15$. She insisted I pay cash for both the boys and repeated that multiple times. I understand it could just be her English or communication issue. But it is misleading customers. She also asked my son to take off his mask which he was not comfortable with. Wouldn't recommend.

Rude lady, terrible service. Took my daughter for polish change and she said "I don't do". It was pouring rain and she had no customers. I wanted to support a local business and was turned away. Awful experience and service! Zero stars!

The lady was very rude and very disrespectful. When I asked her to cut my hair shorter, she kept mocking me (for asking her to cut my hair shorter) in an insolent tone. When I got a shampoo after my hair cut, she sprayed water in my face, soaking my clothes and my mask. She was also extremely rough on my scalp to the point where it was very painful; it's still red a day later. I wouldn't recommend this salon at all.
