Obviously, it was a very difficult time for me, but Cynthia Ibarra who I dealt with was positive and friendly in ways I had not expected even though I was such a mess. She and everyone I came in contact with were very understanding, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs to deal with funeral services or planning. Everything was as promised and we were kept informed.
