We ordered a fireplace insert to replace an old wood-burning fireplace in our new home. Sean at California Window and Fireplace was very easy to work with, the team showed up on time, the installation went smoothly and one of the guys gave us a tutorial on how to use the remote. We are very happy with both the product and service.

I have been waiting to write this review, so I could give Cal Window some big props on handling two separate disputes with the Velux factory for a new product they introduced this year - custom-size blinds. While Velux is arguably the best skylight manufacturer out there, they also appeared to have some operational issues launching their new custom-blinds product and twice shipped two incorrect orders, first with a skylight, then with blinds.
