I love my time at body rest massage. Javier is fantastic, and I always leaving feeling better than when I came in. I also love being able to get cupping done at the same time as my massage. If you haven’t booked at body rest massage yet, do it now!
I've been seeing Javier at Body Rest for years and he's genuinely one of the best. He's helped me work through multiple injuries and keeps me on track with my athletic training. He does cupping (if you want), which has made a real difference for me, and he's always expanding his skills through continuing education and it shows. You can tell he actually cares about his clients, not just getting through the appointment. Body Rest as a whole is welcoming and has a solid team of therapists. Definitely recommend!
I've been seeing Javier at Body Rest for about 15 years. His deep tissue massage is the thing that keeps my now middle-aged body running smoothly, and keeps me from injuring myself during my workouts. He's skilled and knowledge and I couldn't recommend him more highly!
