This is my first review of an HVAC contractor. Bay Mountain Air did two installations for me in the last 30 days, one for my residence which I had both new AC & furnace replaced, one for the rental home I managed, in which a new AC was installed. I am very pleased with what they had done. For both properties, they first came in for a professional assessment and made sure the new system to be compatible, then made a recommendation on the type of equipment that would fit the best along with the affordability of the cost.
