I had pleasure of working with Payman and his associates Dario and Ginu on my home renovation project. From the very beginning they were professional responsive and transparent about the design and construction project.

Bay Area Design & Construction recently completed a total rebuild of our home, and it turned out incredible! Our project was pretty complicated because we worked with a separate architect and landscape designer, and Payman's team had to coordinate with both. We also selected some specialty materials, which at times needed different installers. Darío and Gino were always there in person to support us and make sure all of the separate parties worked together smoothly. They responded immediately whenever we had questions or concerns. We recently had the pleasure of working with Payman and his team to remodel three bathrooms and update our garage, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The scope of work included full wall and floor tiling, new showers, smart toilets, vanities, lighting installations, and garage storage upgrades. Every detail was executed with precision and care.
