Oh, 5:17, how do I love you? Let me count the ways. Your support, your dedication, your friendliness, your value, among all the other positive benefits. Besides the staff themselves (Jennette, Sarah and Kimia), I have yet to meet a person attending classes that wasn't as equally friendly and supportive. 5:17, you are an absolute gem of a fitness studio, and the transition to virtual classes was so smooth and impressive. Thank you for being so amazing!
I am so thankful that 5:17 has quickly adapted to the shelter-in-place protocols and now offers virtual workouts / training sessions. The lunchtime cardio sessions that Jennette leads has been a great boost to my day, both physically and emotionally! I'm very happy to have joined this supportive group of women who care more about living a healthy life than about trying to fit an unrealistic image. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Jennette and team!
