Called around looking for someone to have a look only to get 1-2 week lead-times just to diagnose the system. Donna and Tom were able to squeeze an appointment in within 2 days. Tom was on time and performed a quick diagnosis. It only needed a start-up capacitor. 1 hour later my system was up and running. This is the second time I've had them out to fix a heating or cooling issue. My experience was the same on both incidences. They were professional, insightful, quick, and fair.
