Ebbetts Pass Plumbing & Heating
“My AC condenser unit stopped working at my place in Arnold, as the system was ~20 years old, I was expecting it required a full replacement. Called around looking for someone to have a look only to get 1-2 week lead-times just to diagnose the system. Donna and Tom were able to squeeze an appointment in within 2 days. Tom was on time and performed a quick diagnosis. It only needed a start-up capacitor. 1 hour later my system was up and running. This is the second time I've had them out to fix a heating or cooling issue. My experience was the same on both incidences. They were professional, insightful, quick, and fair. My bill was very reasonable. Thank you Donna and Tom. Well done!”
