Paul and his crew installed a mini split AC unit in early July 2021 and saved our summer! He is smart and responsive by text and phone. We were happy when he installed our new heater about five years ago and now with the AC.

Summary: Paul is a standup service provider and I will definitely work with him again in the future. Longer story: - My family and I recently purchased a cabin in the Arnold area - We hosted my wife's brother and family this weekend (the first time hosting) - We had an amazing day at the lake and then came home to realize that our hot water wasn't working - It was Friday at 6:30pm when we realized this - I called Bertini Mechanical and Paul picked up - I told him about the situation and he told me he had plans with his family tonight but could come tomorrow at 7:30am - We confirmed my address via text - He then sent me a series of texts with detailed instructions on how...read full review

We purchased a home and the day after moving in we had no hot water. The hot water heater went out. We Contacted Bertini Mechanical (on July 4th luckily they answered on a holiday) and explained what was going on. Paul Bertini was so kind and told us he would move some things around and help us to have hot water by Monday once the hot water heater arrives. Monday comes and as promised he and another plumber was there to install the water heater. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing.
