“If you have been considering trying yoga, this is the place to go! I have been going to this yoga studio since March 2023 and am so happy I started. The teachers are amazing and guide you through the poses ensuring you are doing everything correctly. I am stronger than I have ever been and it's all due to yoga. The studio is absolutely beautiful with views of Somis. You have options of both indoor and outdoor classes. Everyone is so welcoming and don't be discouraged by your age - there are people ranging from 20 - 80 attending - and what a wonderful group of people it is. I couldn't recommend this studio more - try it, you will not be disappointed.“

“I enrolled in Pilates class in approximately October 6, 2023. I have been wanting to try Pilates for sometime and finally did! I just ❤️❤️❤️ the classes. I look forward to my class 2Xweek. The studio, is nice, organized & very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Stephanie is a great instructor! And Andrea is always great at helping out if one has questions. I’ve tried other classes which are different levels and great classes but for now, I’m back @ level 1 since this is my 6th week. I’m stretching muscles I didn’t even know I had!
