Scott to the rescue! After trying unsuccessfully to recover data from a dead external hard drive, I decided to give Drive-Rescue a try. In ONE business day, Scott was able to recover over 99% of my files. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this small business.

My external hard drive broke, and it had every photo I've ever taken on there. I was devastated, and very nervous about trying to get it fixed. I looked into places where you have to mail the hard drive to them, but I'm so glad I decided to go locally with Drive-Rescue instead. I was able to drop it off directly with Scott and know it got there okay (no damage in transit). It took 2 weeks, but I was more than fine with waiting. I did call a week in just to make sure I hadn't missed any contact from them, and they said that my drive with encrypted so it was a bit more difficult. Worked with Scott on solving some installation issues for Windows 10 64 -bit on my new PC build. He was extremely helpful and fixed everything on the first attempt. He was very professional and knew what he needed to do. Will definitely look for him in the future if I have any computer issue. Thanks again!
