I asked if someone could help me with using my cell phone because I am old and helpless around anything electronic. He agreed to do it. But he didn't even take 10 mins, he went so fast I learned nothing. He was the last tech I had over the house. All the other times the techs were helpful and professional and nice.

The girl that came out worked very hard for a long time and could not fixmy computer - it was just too old. But she tried, and tried. I was very happy with her service. And she was pleasant and knowledegable. I will call again when I need help with my new computer!

The young man was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He had the box changed out and everything hooked back up and working beautifully in a short amount of time. I would definitely use geeks on site again.
