First time staying here and I had an absolutely great time. The three pools were perfectly clean and lovely to float in. The temperature differences of hottest to coldest were great for different times of day and for switching around in. The room was cozy and the gym was great. Will be staying here again!
I tried the volcanic mud bath for the first time which is a must do when staying here. Very relaxing and the mineral bath is poured personally for you there is no chlorine like in the pools.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and despite a noisy night caused by other guests in the hallway, the experience overall was truly wonderful.
The room was gorgeous — spacious, spotless, and exactly the kind of retreat we were hoping for. But what really set this stay apart was the exceptional staff. Amanda at check-in was absolutely wonderful, Lety showed genuine empathy and warmth when we spoke on our way out, and the security guard on duty that night was incredibly professional and kind — going above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and cared for.
