IGLOO AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING Inc. provides great service. Milad came next day to provide a quote for a whole home cooling system and got it installed a few days later. They vacuumed up the mess from cutting into the attic. Igloo was extremely patient and helpful in the frustrating situation of having a fairly new HVAC unit die during a great wave. They went the extra mile. Milad was responsible, responsive, punctual, thorough and a super chill guy. He was very reasonably priced and doesn't try to upsell. He really cares about good customer service and making relational connections. Milad was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He was at the house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and returned in less than an hour with a new part. Their pricing is quite fair. Milad replaced an old thermostat with the latest model and helped set up the device. Their response is prompt and they resolved the issue. Highly recommend.

Igloo air conditioning was really good. I was skeptical because I am always not sure how service companies will be. But Milad was awesome! He was responsible, responsive, punctual, thorough and was just a super chill guy. I will now use him for all my HVAC needs. He was also very reasonably priced (which in this economy) is a steal AND he doesn't try to upsell you one million things. He really cares about good customer service and making relational connections which is KEY to having return customers! Thank you Milad and I'm hoping I won't have HVAC issues to call you again with but if I do, I know who to call!
