I was really surprised to come across a negative review about Southern Tan because it’s very different from the amazing experience I’ve had there over the past two years. I found this salon after the one I used to go to in Millbrae closed, and I’ve been a loyal client ever since—visiting at least twice a week.
The environment is always friendly and positive, and Stephanie, the owner, goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to get to know them, which is rare these days.

The owner is a total sweetheart and you have flexibility to come in on your own and use the machines. I only do red light and spray tan, but the girls and owner are very accommodating and nice. Place is clean.
