I had an amazing experience with T! She made me feel so comfortable while I got a gel manicure and she did a great job. She provided excellent customer service by being kind and friendly and also correcting a nail that she thought could have had a better polish application. I did not ask her to do this. Her professionalism made me feel happy with my experience. The salon is very relaxing as well. I felt very at peace. There is also plenty of parking on the streets which is very convenient. Thank you T!

Just moved to the Bay Area. I've been looking for a nail salon to call home and I found this one. The interior is very cute...it was a slow Thursday afternoon. I wasn't offered anything to drink but maybe it's Normal in Cali not to offer My nail tech Lilian I think was her name did a great job on my pedi. As I was checking out at the front desk the owner asked me if I tipped my tech I told her yes I did already. There's a sign that says to tip in cash...although I'm a tipper I find it weird how you HAVE TO tip..by force. It wasn't optional. What if your nail tech did a terrible job and you don't want to tip? Always beautiful. Sarah does an amazing Job on my acrylic fills every. Single. Time. She makes sure to get all the acrylic that could be lifting before reapplying new acrylic. It's something that's very important to me because I use my hands a lot and wash my hands many times through the day. I can go 3 solid weeks before my fill and they still hold strong.
