Just avoid this place. Dr Simha seems competent, and probably a great doctor. However, the rest of the staff is utterly useless.

My 6 year old was admitted and "treated" by Dr Kenneth Yu on 3/16, he carelessly misdiagnosed my little girl watching her suffer from fever 105 and just dismissing it as, "this is not dangerous" - saying "it's a virus", It wasn't a virus (and tests showed that), it was a UTI, but he didn't bother to even order simple tests to discover that. Because of him, my child suffered for 2 more days for no reason. I can't believe how careless and dismissive he was. And this is with outrageous charges that you get charged. Shame on you, Dr Yu and Peninsula Medical Center. You wouldn't have been less rich if you ordered a simple... read full review

Jeremiah, Social Care Team" NOTE: my question was in response to YOU stating that you would escalate my concerns to leadership -- NOT push me off to another dept and take more of my time and for it to go nowhere and unheard. Keep in mind the cost of this ER visit was over $10k..., so receiving decent care is expected--not a luxury.
