This is a very nice hidden place in Burlingame to go get your nails done and to get pampered like it says! But what I like the best is the manager and the owner Lisa is very friendly. She cares about customer service and making sure your happy. She listens too. I highly recommend this business for these reasons! Thank you Jeanne

I’ve been getting my nails done at Pampered & Polished for about 2 years now and I usually go for a gel pedicure (always in a shade of pink) and a regular manicure with no color. I’ve never had issues and I appreciate that one person works on my pedicure while another on my manicure because I hate wasting time.
I recently got married and decided to go for a chrome powder gel x manicure for my wedding day, with French tip. I loved the way my nails came out and I got so many compliments!

I've gone a couple of times and Lisa the owner has done a fantastic job. She is skilled in builder gel and did a great almond shape. I've also had Gel X and again super job of shaping the nail. I'm super picky about the shape of nails whether almond or coffin or square and Lisa has been able to do everything I've asked! The other staff seem very pleasant as well. They also do a nice soak off and don't cut corners on removing old
