We employed Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our existing furnace. They were very flexible in working with our schedule, and worked efficiently to complete the work. After installation, I noted a couple items of concern. Nothing serious, just a bit off. Alex came over, checked out the items, and they promptly addressed them. Really appreciate folks who stand by there work!
Again, we highly recommend Ortiz Heating & AC. This is now our 4th successful job with them and we couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, professionalism, and the successful maintenance of our slim-line AC unit (still under warranty). Eight years ago (2018, our first job), they installed a new furnace and AC unit in our previous house in Burlingame. Then seven years ago (2019, our second job) in our new house they installed more duct work, fixed our cold air return, and added a gas line to our dryer. Ortiz Heating replaced our home gas furnace and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They mounted the new unit hanging, which freed up valuable floor space — a huge plus. Pricing was very reasonable, the crew was professional, and the workmanship was top-notch. They also supported us through the inspection process without a hitch.
