I've been going to Monica for balayage/ cut for over a year and absolutely love my hair every time I visit! She used to work at a nearby spot in Burlingame but recently moved here :) Monica is really nice and professional. In my very first visit with her, she made sure to explain the entire balayage process to me so that I knew what to expect. I always show her a few photos of what I have in mind and she would make sure to create my dream hair. I have gone from dark black hair to ashy brown/blonde through my visits with her! Nicole is awesome! She gave me balayage highlights that look SO NATURAL and great! I have gotten a tone of compliments on my new hair! The cut by Nellie is exactly what I wanted and needed (I suffer from bad dry ends). Will definitely be coming back :)

There's nothing better than finding a hair stylist who gives you exactly what you want. Nicole is perfection--she's gorg, sweet and she definitely works magic on your hair. You could tell how experienced she is based on the quality of her work, the products she uses and professionalism/excellent customer service. I'm so happy to have found someone that I could continue to go to for my hair's needs. If you're in need of a new do and are in the Burlingame area, you need to see Nicole!
