I've come and visited my family member multiple times in the last couple of months and I'm always pleased on how the service is, it just gets better and better. Staff members are so polite and willing to help if you need them for anything. My relative has also been giving me feedback on how well thought out the nurses are with him, how they're always caring and fulfilling his needs. Everyone in this facility cares for the residents here, I'm glad to have my family somewhere where I'll know they'll be safe and treated with respect.

For a place where they're very understaffed and underpaid the nurses are very caring and compassionate. They're going through a lot and I know it's hard for them to keep a level head. And they usually do. Props to all of them...

Placing my mother in a nursing home was a hard decision for me. I wasconcerned about her not receiving the care that she needed.The team at this facility was caring, kind, and very communicative. They addressed any issues that were brought to their attention. The direct care staff were supportive and helpful especially Claudia (unit 2 manager), Janika, and Grace who were extremely helpful with ensuring my mother was taken care of with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this nursing home.
