I’ve been aaaaall over Burlingame trying to find a nail salon that I like and kept striking out. The criteria was simple:
1. I want quality. A place that will just do a good job and not skip out on the details.
2. I want service. A mani pedi isn’t event that cheap these days and I’d like to feel like I’m being pampered. I’d like the experience to never be painful and to never feel like I’m being rushed out.

Updated: I believe the salon does a wonderful job but perhaps the gel quality is not the best :( (maybe the brand selected was bad) it’s only been a few days and one nail has already chipped and is lifting in the corner entirely.
Original review: I was in the area and took a chance on this salon (among the many in the neighborhood) and was so pleasantly surprised by the service! A large range of gel colors and the workers gave so much attention to my nails (even being shorter and harder to work with). Would make the trek from SF for this spot ??
I've been coming to Aqua since I was 12 years old. Julianne is the kindest woman and all of her employees are wonderful. It's calm and relaxing the moment you walk in with the best music playing softly in the background. My sisters and mom come here frequently too! Julianne has accommodated my family many times for big groups before weddings and other fun family events. 12 of us came before my wedding in December and everybody at Aqua made the day so special. I recommend Aqua to any and all
