We highly recommend Derrick Scott and the APEX Driving School. Derrick is a dedicated professional that understands the rules of the road, takes his students through all required types of driving situations to gain the required experience, treats his students with respect and patience, and encourages parent participation in the teen driving process. He effectively communicates all requirements and provides an environment for a teenager to learn how to drive and to understand the immense responsibility, not just the minimum to pass the driving test. Derrick was such a pleasure to work with! I needed to get certified to drive with hand controls after becoming paralyzed. He gave me all the pointers I needed to be more confident, helped me figure out which controls would work best in my vehicle and prepped me for the DMV driving test. I highly recommend Derrick to anyone needing driving instruction for any reason.
