There was a employee who came up to me & introduce himself to me his name was Albert, he went above and beyond to make me feel important. Sometimes at my age I feel that if your older in age they don't pay attention to us, he was focused on my eyelashes and was amazed at how long they were and that made me feel really good. I'd go back again and the young lady who helped me with putting on some concealer to show me how to do it was the best!!!! Thank you for making me feel good!!!?

its a cool place to visit took my daughter to redeem her gift card which by the way they do not take at any ulta in target store which really sucks.anyway the ulta at burbank are very professional but they did make me wait on the phone for 7 minutes i wanted to make sure they would take the gift card. so all in all it was a good experience. BUT do not got to ultas in target because they will not take your gift card.

I had my hair cut and re-colored by Amber. Not only did she do a great job, but she took good care of me when a strange man approached us while she was working and wouldn't leave us alone. More staff stepped in to interfere and they handled the situation calmly and professionally. On a normal shopping day, the staff are all friendly and helpful. :)
