I love all the ladies in this spa! Dr.Blanca is a calm, rational, caring doctor, and she is also an artist in terms of her expertise. Marisa is so knowledgeable and professional and does amazing work, and, oh my goodness, Cheryl and Heather at the front desk are my angels. They are beyond kind, funny, thoughtful and gracious. It seems ridiculous to say, but this office feels like my home away from home, and thats a testament to how friendly they make their office environment. Nobody ever pushes procedures on me. I know they have my best interests at heart. I feel truly cared for in there. Wonderful women.
Cheryl and heather are my girls!!! They are the sweetest who make sure you feel at home and welcomed while visiting this spa. They remember all my stories and really make every connection personable. This is my favorite spot ❤ service is AMAZING
I had a great experience at Skin Matrx! I saw Dr. Orloff for trap Botox, and it was my first time getting Botox of any kind. I’ve struggled with significant neck and trap pain for years, so I finally decided to explore this as a treatment option. From the start, Cheryl at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to walk me through the process, shared that they’ve treated many patients with similar concerns, and got me scheduled quickly. Her warmth and friendliness really stood out and made me feel at ease.
