I had a great experience at Skin Matrx! I saw Dr. Orloff for trap Botox, and it was my first time getting Botox of any kind. I’ve struggled with significant neck and trap pain for years, so I finally decided to explore this as a treatment option. From the start, Cheryl at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to walk me through the process, shared that they’ve treated many patients with similar concerns, and got me scheduled quickly. Her warmth and friendliness really stood out and made me feel at ease. EVERYONE at Skin Matrx is professional, happy and talented. Julietta and Kathryn and Ashley and Cheryl are some of the very best in their fields of expertise. Julietta, a healer, Kathryn makes my skin glow and Cheryl and Ashley are the best! Love, love, love this place. Go!
Look no further... This is hands-down the best medical spa on this side of town. I love everything about this place.. the receptionist Cheryl is the literal sweetest, most friendly and helpful person you can meet. Never any weird stuffy or pretentious vibes there. Everyone is genuinely nice and down to earth. Dr. Blanca is so knowledgeable and really takes her time to listen to your concerns and goals and takes a more conservative approach which I always appreciate. She even takes the time to see you after your appt to check in on how everything is settling. It's hard to find people who actually care and I definitely feel well cared for by Dr. Blanca and her staff.... read full review
