I have been going to Margaret for at least 15 years. I live in Vegas now and still make trips out to see her (and my family)
I have had numerous services performed by Margaret over the years and you won't go wrong with any of them. She asks thoughtful questions to uncover your needs and always delivers. They have monthly specials so sign up on their site and keep updated on their specials.
I often have facials done by Alyssa and she does an amazing job! She is thoughtful in her approach and has an excellent facial membership program for under $100 per month!

Lucked out with a recommendation to this extraordinary Esthetician.
The owner is warm, caring, deeply experienced, and very forthright and transparent, with absolutely everything, from the different methodologies throughout the facial… To the products being used… To her honest feedback about effectiveness of various treatments and “add-ons“.
There are so many wonderful different technologies available now for every kind of facial, and I was eager to try a few of the ones that temporarily turn back time and help you look a little bit younger for special events, particularly if there’s a camera being aimed at you.

I've only been once, but I feel such confidence in Margaret already. Trust is so important when having anyone work on your face and this is where I'll be returning, after years at another med spa. I am going to stick with Jeueavu instead of Botox as I feel it kicks in sooner and has many of the same benefits. I will be trying their other services too. So glad I found Skin Body by Smooth Med. I'd highly recommend Margaret and appreciate her honesty.
